The Palawa Hierarchy



The Grand Master is the head of the Followers of Palawa. It is their job to keep the peace within the guild and to orchestrate guild events and meetings. It is their duty to keep the guild running at an exponential rate, introducing new ideas and commanding his council wisely. If any problems should a rise, it is the Grandmaster's role to step in and resolve the matter. For the Grandmaster will always have the final say.


The Arbiter is a position that takes true dedication to the guild. Only those whom the Grandmaster acknowledges as a true Follower will obtain this position. Being the highest ranking Follower of the guild, the Arbiter's duty consists of keeping the guild running smoothly and effectively. They will help the Grandmaster when need be.


Palawa Council Members are the heads of certain roles within the guild. Their job is to assist the Grandmaster in day-to-day activities. Before being granted this rank an application must be submitted for the Grandmaster and the Arbiter to reveiw. Once they have been given their assignment they must be very creative in their area in order to keep in running. Council Members may change their job if possible.


The Master of Teräs Käsi fighting techniques is the pinnacle of achievement for a Follower. This rank is given only to the most professional, loyal and talented individuals Palawa can deliver. Having shown exemplary activity in guild events, contributed tremendously to the community, and been a member for a minimum of 3 months to have received their Badge of Loyalty.


Student of Teräs Käsi may only commence Teräs Käsi Training once receiving their first Badge of Honour and contributing greatly to the Guild, showing distinct qualities of leadership, and keeping their leave of absence to a minimum.


The Bunduki Journeyman must have acquired their first Palawa Medal of Recognition, and is considered to have a good personality by the Grandmaster and his council for social events. They must be active in the community and offer constructive criticism.


The Palawan rank is awarded instantly to any new Follower who has successfully under gone the Palawa Trials. They are considered full and regular members.
